The 7-day refund policy for The Yap Machine when it will not run on your computer.
If The Yap Machine will not run on your computer, ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Book a free install call if you want help. We will try to get you running. Asking for help is optional and does not remove your right to request the refund during the 7-day window.
Use the email you purchased with and tell us what happened. If you have install-log.txt, include it. It does not contain your videos or private information. Do not send passwords, payment card details or your Claude login.
The refund is returned through the original payment method. Your download and update access may be turned off. Videos you already made remain yours.
The same software refund rule applies to amounts paid under the invited beta agreement. A full refund of the initial $10 beta payment before the seven-day feedback deadline cancels the unpaid conditional $27 charge. Submitting a testimonial is never required to receive a qualifying software refund.
